基于RS485总线的设备吊装应力测试系统的实现

摘    要:设计了一种基于RS485总线应用于设备吊装工作中应力监测的应变测试系统。通过RS485总线收发器SN75LBC184、USB—RS485接口、单片机最小系统、采集软件等主要功能模块的设计,在可靠的通信协议支持下,实现了测试系统的网络化和数据的高精度采集。经实验验证,系统性能稳定、测试结果可靠。

Abstract:A strain test system based on RS485 bus has been introduced for the stress monitor in the process of equipment-hoisting.By SN75LBC184 chip as transceiver for RS485 BUS,USB-RS485 interface,minimal microcontroller system and data-acquisition software,the system achieves test-in-network and high-accuracy data acquisition with the support of reliable communication protocol.It can be confirmed that the system performed stably and testing results is reliable from the experiment.
