摘    要:以聚醚类破乳剂为原料,丙烯酸为扩链剂,加入引发剂及催化剂,进行聚合酯化反应,合成出新型高效破乳剂A,对以丙三醇为起始剂的聚醚SLD-2072进行了改性合成研究,考察诸因素对产物破乳性能的影响,对影响反应的各因素进行考查。结果表明,新型破乳剂A具有脱水速度快、脱出水质好、油水界面齐等优点,全面好于其它破乳剂及未改性破乳剂,此方法可用于生产一种高效广谱破乳剂。

Abstract:A kind of novel efficient demulsifier A was synthesized by existing polyether demulsifiers as material, crylic acid as chain ertender, acid as catalyst,BPO as initiator,xylene as solvent. Aimed at the dehydration rate of crude oil,some reaction conditions were studied, under the same condition,the other demulsufiers were used for madding comparison.it was known that novel demulsifier shown better dehydration capability than others,dehydration speed was rapid, interface of oil and water was orderly, This mathed gained ends for synthesizing a kind of efficient broad-spectrum demulsifier.
