| Abstract: | Through participating the synthetic practice of the graduates, we observed some misbehavior of graduates who took part in the practice, which struck us, it is important to cultivate and excitated the cadets'morale to complete successfully the tasks in synthetic practice.Consequently, we carried out some beneficial researches on how to cultivate and excitated the cadets'morale in the practice. |
