摘    要:在管壳式换热器的强度计算规范中,没有考虑管板和壳体间温差而引起的径向内力,而该应力有时应当引起重视。基于弹性力学中的板壳理论,根据管板和壳体连接处变形协调一致的条件,推导考虑该因素的强度计算公式。通过算例与有限元数值解进行比较,发现用于强度校核时它是保守的,该公式可叠加至其它载荷下的计算结果中。

Abstract:In the tube and shell heat exchanger strength calculator criterions,there are no radial internal force brought by tubesheet and shell's different temperature,however,these forces should be paid attention sometimes.Based on elastic plate and shell mechanics theory,according to the condition of compatible deformation at tubesheet-shell joint,the strength calculation formula was deduced considering factor above.In a sample,the FEM numerical and analytic results were compared,and the deduced analytic formula is conservative in strength checkage.Based on elastic mechanics postulates,these formulas can be added into result calculated under other loads.
