摘    要:在近五年国内RBI、RCM、SIL等工程风险分析技术手段应用基础上,分析了现行承压设备由于设计制造与使用服役相对脱离因而存在的不足,提出在国内重要承压设备设计制造环节早期应用相关工程风险分析方法,开展基于风险与寿命的设计制造(RBD)理念。并结合国内外的研究现状,提出了当前我国开展RBD研究设想建议。

Abstract:In this paper the shortcomings of existing pressure-bearing equipment due to relative separation of design and manufacture from service are analyzed based on application of such technical means for engineering risk analysis as RBI,RCM,SIL,etc.at home in recent five years,a concept is proposed that related methods for engineering risk analysis shall be applied at early stage of design and manufacture link of important pressure-bearing equipment at home to carry out risk and life-based design and manufacture(RBD).And suggestions about the conception for development RBD research in our country at present are proposed in combination of the present situation of research both at home and abroad.
