| 摘 要： | 对等离子弧焊和激光焊筒坯超塑成形的两组DN250钛合金波形膨胀节进行了检测,检测结果表明,超塑成形的钛合金波形膨胀节波峰壁厚减薄率超过20%,柔度和补偿性能优良,明显优于不锈钢波形膨胀节;稳定性试验、耐压试验和气密性试验均符合设计要求;激光焊波形膨胀节在行程为15 mm的情况下,平均疲劳次数为1700次,其疲劳寿命比等离子弧焊波形膨胀节的疲劳寿命高20%以上。

| Abstract: | Two sets of DN250 bellows expansion joint made of titanium alloy by Plasma Arc Welding(PAW) and Laser Beam Welding(LBW) were tested.Compared to the bellows expansion joint made of stainless steel,bellows expansion joint made of titanium alloy has excellent flexible and compensating characters.Its stable,pressurization and air-tightness properties are all meet the industrial requires.In the case of 15 mm stroke,bellows expansion joint of LBW has a fatigue life of 1700 times;it is 20% more than that of bellows expansion joint of PAW. |
