基于灰色系统理论的水下航行器效能评估方法研究

摘    要:针对水下航行器的自身特点,从效能的观点对水下航行器相关因素进行了属性划分,建立了水下航行器效能评估指标体系;并根据已知信息,运用灰色系统理论和层次分析法对水下航行器效能评估进行了研究,提出了水下航行器效能灰色评估方法。采用该方法对水下航行器的性能进行了综合评价,结果表明:该方法解决了水下航行器评估中难以处理的信息不完全和部分信息模糊的问题,提高了水下航行器效能评估的客观性和有效性,为水下航行器系统的技术优化和使用效能的提高提供了科学决策依据。

Abstract:Aim.In our opinion,the existing Availability Dependability Capability(ADC) method for evaluating underwater vehicles takes into account only three influencing factors;it cannot meet the requirements of decision-making.We now present what we believe to be a better evaluation method for underwater vehicles.In the full paper,we explain in detail our evaluation method;in this abstract,we just add some pertinent remarks to listing the two topics of explanation: (1) the hierarchy structure for six main indexes of underwater vehicles;(2) the evaluation method of underwater vehicles based on grey system theory;under topic(1),we constructed the index system for evaluation in terms of mobility,detection,pursuit,anti-countermeasure,re-search and damage;Fig.1 in the full paper shows the index system;under topic(2),we describe the corresponding evaluation process in the paper;we employ Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to calculate the weight of each index(subtopic 2.1);we obtain the sample matrix of evaluation(subtopic 2.2);we determine the grey levels of underwater vehicles(subtopic 2.3);we calculate the value of evaluation(subtopic 2.4).Finally we give an example for effectiveness evaluation of underwater vehicles,the results are given in Table 3 in the full paper;these results show that this evaluation method is feasible and reasonable.
