摘    要:The mechanical structure of piezoelectric accelerometer is designed,and the operation equations on X-,Y-,and Z-axes are deduced.The test results of 3-D frequency response are given.Noise disturbances are effectively eliminated by using fiber optic transmission and synchronous detection.
