摘    要:通过对鼓式制动器的受力分析,建立了其关键受力部件的力学模型。基于鼓式制动器实体模型建立了其有限元模型,为了更真实模拟制动器的工作状态,将制动蹄、制动鼓和摩擦衬片作为一个整体进行分析,研究了其工作状态下摩擦衬片的压力分布、制动力矩、制动器的应力分布和制动器的变形。这为鼓式制动器的改进设计提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:This article analysed the loads of the drum brake and built the key brake's mechanical model.The element model has been built based on the solid model of the drum brake.In order to simulate work state of the drum brake,the element model that includes brake drum,friction linings and brake shoes analysed the contact and pressure distributions at friction interface of drum brakes,braking torque,stress distribution and deformation of the brake.It provided reliable reason for improvement and design of the drum brake
