摘    要:首次提出利用金电极在2 M HCl中阳极溶解时的歧化反应(Au+→Au3++Au0)进行表面粗糙的方法。这种方法能产生很好的SERS基底,对吸附在金电极表面的探针吸附子如氯离子和吡啶起到强而稳定的增强作用。原子力显微镜AFM结果显示在电极粗糙过程中由于金的再沉积形成了均匀的直径约为200~400 nm的椭圆形和球形金粒,是一种深度粗糙方法,我们提出了可能的表面激活的SERS增强机理。

Abstract:For the first time we advanced a new roughening technique of gold surface utilizing disproportionation reaction(Au^+→Au^3++Au^0) under condition of setting constant anodic potential in 2 M HCI. Excellent SERS substrate was obtained in this way which can yield extremely intense and stable SERS effect for probe particles as CI- and pyridine(Py) adsorbed on the gold surface. Atomic force microscopic(AFM) image showed that the size of the oval or spherical Au nannparticles in the uniform deposit layer was within 200-400 nm, and thus this new tactic was a deeply roughening one. We proposed the possible SERS enhancement mechanisms.
