Abstract:The launch site for launch vehicle is the focus of safety management of large outdoor test because of its high level of danger,hazardous operations,accident rate,consequences and impact of accidents.There are higher standards on launch site safety because human life is at stake in manned space.Therefore,the effectiveness of technical safety management should be improved and launch site safety should be enhanced by adopting a series of highly targeted measures to fill in the management gaps and meeting the characteristics of the emergency launch process in response to possible unsafe human behaviour,unsafe physical conditions,environmental deficiencies and management deficiencies.
