Risk Prevention and Control in Transformational Development of Central Petroleum/Petrochemical Energy Enterprises amid Carbon Peaking and Neutrality

In order to grasp strategic transformation chance for energy industry,strive to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality targets,and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the central petroleum/petrochemical energy enterprises,an important economic pillar of China,should transform to develop emerging industries.From the perspective of important risk prevention and control in central petroleum/petrochemical energy enterprise transformational development,this paper tries to explore the perspectives such as important significance of risk prevention and control to transformational development,main risks facing transformational development and countermeasures,so as to promote the enterprises to develop with high quality.
