摘    要:结合运载火箭大直径、大长径比铆钉结构特点,研究一次成型电磁铆接工艺.设计铆接模具,制定最优工艺参数,进行工艺试片试验,通过剪切、拉脱试验、微观金相分析等验证模具及工艺参数铆接质量可靠性.设计产品电磁铆接工艺流程,完成型号产品应用实践并进行外观分析,实现大直径、大长径比铆钉一次铆接成型.解决大长径比铆钉手工气动锤铆的成型...

Abstract:Combined with the structural characteristics of rocket rivets with large diameter and large aspect ratio,the one-time electromagnetic riveting process is studied.Design the connection die,formulate the optimal number of process objects,conduct the process test piece test,verify the quality reliability of the die and process objects through shear,pull-out test and micro metallographic analysis,design the product electromagnetic riveting process flow,complete the application of model product,conduct external analysis,realized large diameter and the one-time riveting forming of large aspect ratio rivets solves the difficult problem of manual pneumatic hammer riveting of large aspect ratio rivets,and provides technical support for the successful operation of launch vehicles.
