摘    要:火箭贮箱增压及连接器脱落控制是保障火箭正常发射的重要环节,对火箭发射成败起着至关重要的作用。目前动力控制系统不具备独立的控制执行能力,存在功能模块零散、数据判读困难等缺点。针对以上不足之处,设计了全新的火箭贮箱增压及连接器脱落动力控制系统。该系统基于分布式控制架构和热备冗余工作机制,实现了远程控制模式,并增加了单点和急停控制功能。新系统具有更高的可靠性、安全性和自动化程度,为动力控制系统无人值守提供了有力的技术支撑。

Abstract:As the China's only manned launch vehicle,the LM-2F has successfully sent the'Shenzhou 12'manned spacecraft into the predetermined orbit on June 17,2021,which marking the successful completion of the first manned mission in the construction and key technology test stage of China's Space Station Project(CSSP).From the launch of'Shenzhou 11'manned spacecraft on October 17,2016 to the'Shenzhou 12'in 2021,in the past five years,the LM-2F launch vehicle has continuously improved product reliability through technology innovation and design improvement,and its flight reliability index has also increased from 0.97 to 0.98.Combined with the new mission requirements of LM-2F launch vehicle in the construction stage of CSSP,the technology innovation and reliability improvement methods of LM-2F are introduced from the aspects of design improvement,research methods and process optimization.
