摘    要:针对航天运载火箭不同型号的主捆绑切割解锁装置存在起爆形式不统一、燃烧转爆轰过程不时出现传爆失效问题,工作后壳体易碎裂等薄弱环节,开展了解锁装置统型优化与验证工作.采用爆轰传爆序列,代替燃烧转爆轰传爆序列,简化了传爆序列种类和数量,实现了传爆序列统一.采用0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al沉淀硬化不锈钢,研究了两种不同热处理制度...

Abstract:In view of the weak links of the main bundled cutting device of different space launch vehicles,such as different initiation forms,detonation failure in DDT process,and easy fragmentation of the shell after working,the systematic optimization and verification of the cutting device are carried out.The detonation sequence is used instead of DDT detonation sequence,which simplifies the type and quantity of detonation sequence,and realizes the unification of detonation sequence.The mechanical properties and microstructure of 0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al steel under two different heat treatment systems are studied.It is found that with the increase of aging temperature,the content of reverse transformation austenite increases,and the toughness is further improved.Through the structural strength margin test,the shell is broken in H540 state,while the shell is complete after working in H595 state,which solves the problem of shell fragmentation caused by explosion impact.
