摘    要:从结构设计上提升氟化碳(CF,)材料的导电性.通过简单水热法设计合成CFx前驱体材料,再经高温氟化,制备高电压CFx纳米球材料.用SEM和热重分析(TG)对CFx纳米球材料的形貌和热稳定性进行分析,并用恒流放电、功率放电和电化学阻抗等对电化学性能进行测试.与商用CFx材料相比,CFx 纳米球材料热稳定性提高了 12.2...

Abstract:The conductivity of fluorinated carbon(CFx) materials was improved from material structure design.The CFx precursor material was designed and synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method,then the high voltage CFx nanosphere material was prepared by high temperature fluorination.The morphology and thermal stability of the CFx nanosphere material were analyzed by SEM and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The electrochemical performance was tested by galvanostatic discharge,power discharge and electrochemical impedance.Compared with commercial CFx material,the thermal stability of CFx nanosphere material was improved by 12.22%.Combined with the rate capability of metal oxide and the capacity characteristics of CFx material,there was no obvious voltage delay phenomenon in the power output test,the discharge time was prolonged by 12.66%.With the improvement of the conductivity,the high voltage CFx nanosphere electrode had higher ionic diffusion coefficient(2.18×10-13cm2/s).
