摘    要:为了研究搅拌摩擦焊缝搅拌针尖端位置的行为,采用5.7 mm与6 mm长搅拌针对6.2 mm厚2A14铝合金板材进行搅拌摩擦焊试验.当焊缝根部搅拌不充分时,接头强度衰减的同时焊根处也出现了未焊合缺陷.为进一步研究焊根位置的热力行为,采用CEL方法对搅拌摩擦焊进行数值模拟分析,通过模拟得到了焊根位置的等效塑性应变场与等效应...

Abstract:In order to study the behavior of pin tip in friction stir welding(FSW),the FSW test is carried out on 2A14 aluminum alloy sheet of 6.2mm thickness with the pin length of 5.7mm and 6mm.When the weld root is stirred deficiently,both the attenuated of joint and root flaw is appeared.Therefore,in order to study the thermal and flow behavior of the root materials,numerical simulation with CEL method was adopted to simulate FSW,and the equivalent plastic strain and equivalent stress field of the root are obtained by simulation,and the mechanism of the FSW root is analyzed by the metallographic test and numerical simulation research.Base on the above,an important reference of FSW process control is provided.
