摘    要:针对12.7 mm穿燃弹对半无限厚均质各向同性软钢靶的侵彻行为,采用12.7 mm弹道枪进行了多发垂直侵彻Q235半无限钢靶的弹道试验.试验结果表明:12.7 mm穿燃弹对Q235半无限钢靶的侵彻过程中弹芯无明显变形,表现为刚性侵彻,侵彻深度与弹芯的着靶动能呈线性关系.利用LS-DYNA有限元软件对12.7 mm穿燃弹...

Abstract:In order to study the penetration behavior of 12.7 mm penetrator into semi-infinite homogeneous isotropic mild steel target,the test of multiple vertical penetration into Q235 semi-infinite target was carried out. Test results show that there is no obvious deformation in core during the penetration,which shows rigid penetration,and the penetration depth has a linear relationship with impact kinetic energy. The LS-DYNA was used to simulate the penetration process. The simulation results are in good agreement with test. The penetration resistance curve of the penetrator was obtained. The penetration resistance is 5% of the maximum penetration resistance before the core impacts target,and the penetration resistance increases rapidly when the core impacts target. It shows that the core is the main penetration component. In simulation,when impact kinetic energy of penetrator is equivalent to impact kinetic energy of the core,the penetration depth of the core is about 40% higher than the test; when impact velocity of the penetrator is equivalent to impact velocity of the core,the difference between penetration depth and test is less than 1%,which further proves that the core is the main penetration component. The penetration model of penetrator was simplified to the penetration model of rigid core,and the depth prediction formula of rigid penetration of 12.7 mm penetrator core was established based on the cavity expansion theory.
