In order to solve the problem of low measurement accuracy of the current method for determination of net content of liquor, a volume measurement method based on the principle of volumetric measurement by weighting was proposed. By using pure water and liquor (alcohol) as measuring media to calibrate the volumetric flask respectively, the feasibility of using alcohol as measuring media was determined. the uncertainty of density method and volumetric method by weighting was carried out respectively.The reasons for the difference of measurement results the two methods was analyzed. By calculating the K '(t) value of alcohol as the measuring medium, the volume of liquor can be determined accurately, which provides a new method for the determination of the net content of liquor.
