摘    要:金属异物的存在易导致锂离子电池发生内部短路,产生热失控危害。通过采集原材料投料工序磁棒吸附物和各工序采样点采集物的方式,对LiFePO4锂离子电池生产过程中的Fe、Cu、Al等金属异物来源进行分析。基于分析结果提出:金属异物的控制需从完善检测标准和强化现场管控两方面同步开展,质量管理可作为控制LiFePO4锂离子电池内部金属异物的一种手段。

Abstract:Existence of metal foreign bodies might easily lead to internal short circuit of Li-ion battery and cause thermal runaway hazards.The source of metal foreign bodies such as ferrum,copper and aluminium in the production process of LiFePO4 Li-ion battery was analyzed by collecting the magnetic bar adsorbates in the feeding process of raw materials and the samples collected from the sampling points in each process.Based on the analysis results,it was proposed that the control of metal foreign bodies should be carried out simultaneously from two aspects of improving test standards and strengthening site control.The quality management could be used as a means to control metal foreign bodies in LiFePO4 Li-ion battery.
