汽油分馏塔改造及运行优化

摘    要:广州乙烯装置汽油分馏塔经过2003年扩能改造,2006年提高抗堵性能改造,2011年优化改造,并采取操作优化等措施减缓系统结垢。通过改进清焦方式及取消手阀限位防止系统冲刷、提高抽真空减粘塔操作精度,在确保装置安全稳定运行的前提下实现了长周期、高负荷、优化运行。

Abstract:This article introduces the revamps of gasoline fractionator in the ethylene plant in Guangzhou,including capacity expansion revamp in 2003,anti-fouling revamp in 2006 and optimization revamp in 2011.A series of measures including operation optimization were taken against anti-fouling,decoking method was improved and the limit of hand valve was removed to avoid system erosion,and the operation precision of vacuum viscosity reducing tower was improved to realize long-term,high-load and optimized operation of the unit while a safe and stable operation is guaranteed.
