吐玉克油田凝胶调剖体系评价研究

摘    要:针对吐哈油田吐玉克区块油藏原油相对较稠,井又深,地层非均性严重,注水开发时,出现不同渗透率层段推进不均匀现象,且注入水的黏度远远低于油的黏度,导致推进不均匀程度加剧,致使低渗透层段原油不能得到有效开采,油井含水上升快,进入高含水期。为此对该区块开展了弱凝胶深部调剖体系研究,对其化学性能和在多孔介质中的性能进行测试,从实验知,该凝胶成胶时间长和成胶强度小,具有良好的可泵性,在一定压力下既能起到封堵作用改善吸水剖面,又能在后续水驱的作用下向深部运移驱油,达到提高采收率的目的。

DEEP PROFILE CONTROL TECHMOLOGY RESEARCH IN LUKEQING OILFIELD

Abstract:In Tuyuke Block the well is deep with relatively thick oil and severe heterogeneity.In water flooding development process,the injected water unequally advances along the different permeability layers,together with injected water viscosity far below oil viscosity,which leads to larger uneven level and less absorption of low permeability layers,together with well water rose quickly to the high water period.To solve the problem,a weak gel system of deep profile is carried out,and a weak gel profile control agent is developed,of which the chemical properties and characteristics in porous media are tested.From the test,The gelation time is long with the small gelation strength.The gel has good pumpability,both under pressure to play a certain role in improving the water blocking profile,but also the role of water flooding in the follow-up under the migration to deep flooding,which achieve the purpose of enhanced oil recovery.
