| 摘 要： | 以连铸为中心组织生产，提高钢水成分命中率，减少钢水中S、P和夹杂物质量分数，提高中包温度命中率，选择合适的目标拉速，保证生产节奏稳定，优化保护渣性能，提高连铸操作水平，加强连铸设备保障能力等可以提高连铸恒速率。恒拉速操作可以提高连铸坯表面质量和内部质量。

| Abstract: | Constant speed casting was put on the base,such as the center position of continuous casting,increasing the shoot straight of composition,reducing the content of S or P and inclusion in the steel,increasing the shoot straight of temperature in tundish,choosing a suitable casting speed,optimizing the performance of powder,improving the operating level and enhancing the capability of equipment.Constant speed casting can improve the surface and interior quality of the slab. |
