| 摘 要： | 针对唐钢热轧部原有的生产报表、原辅材料报表及计算方式不能满足精细化管理的需要,与相关单位合作开发了新的物流管控报表系统.报表数据涵盖了热轧部钢区各工序指标,真实可靠,能够自动获取,自动生成生产报表,给管理人员实时掌握生产情况带来了便利,为实现工序消耗指标量化管理提供了前提和保障.

| Abstract: | Against the situation of the original production report forms, raw and auxiliary materials forms and calculation method being not able to meet the requirements of fine management, we developed a new logistics management and control report forms system, cooperated with the concerned units. The data in the forms covers all procedure indexes of steel region of Hot - Rolling Department, are real and reliable, can be auto- matic got; and the report forms can be automatically generated, offers convenience for managing staff to hold real - time production situation, and a guarantee to realize quantitative management of procedure consumption indexes. |
