摘    要:分析了板材拉伸试样出现双细颈现象的原因.认为低碳高锰系列板材中心存在不连续的偏析、疏松造成组织不均匀是双细颈现象发生的诱因;此外,板材在冷却过程中如出现明显不均匀组织可引发双细颈现象发生.双细颈出现的位置不同对材料断后伸长率影响程度不同,离断口越近影响越大.

Abstract:The reason for two constrictions on plate tension sample is analyzed. It is considered that the inho- mogeneous structure caused by discontinuous segregation and porosity in central part of low - carbon high - manganese series of plate is the reason for the two constrictions ; besides it also can be caused by the obvious inhomogeneous structure in plate cooling. The positions of the two constrictions have the different effects on material elongation after fracture, the nearer from the fracture surface, the larger the effect.
