摘    要:分析了承钢4#高炉炉体热负荷波动的原因以及高炉各项操作制度对炉体热负荷的影响.有针对性地制定了相应的措施,通过调整装料制度和送风制度降低了炉体热负荷,达到了炉况顺行的目的.

Abstract:It is analyzed the reason for thermal load fluctuation of blast body of 4# blast furnace and the influ- ence of various blast furnace operation systems on the load. The corresponding measures are laid down. The load is reduced by adjusting charging system and blowing system, the target of smooth operation of blast fur- nace is got.
