承钢低钛高炉渣资源利用方式探讨

摘    要:根据承钢低钛高炉渣利用现状,对水渣和干渣两种处理方式分别进行了高炉渣资源化利用可行性的探讨.重点介绍了目前承钢风水淬渣法工艺条件下,将高炉在选铁后制成矿渣粉,然后将矿渣粉用于建筑材料的试验情况,分析了承钢高炉渣资源利用需要解决的问题.

DISCUSSION ABOUT THE WAY TO UTILIZE LOW-TITANIUM SLAG RESOURCE

Abstract:Based on the present situation of utilization of lowtitanium slag in Cheng Steel, it is discussed separately the feasibility to utilize blast furnace slag as a kind of resource in two treating ways of water slag and dry slag. It is introduce, as emphasis, the test: under the present process condition of air and water quenching slag, the blast furnace slag is made ore slag powder after iron - selection, and then the powder is used in construction material. It is analyzed the questions need to solve in slag resource utilization.
