摘    要:分析了2500 m3高炉冶炼含钒钛铁矿炉渣的铁损高于普通渣的主要原因.随着渣中TiO2含量升高,高炉渣变稠,料柱透气性变差,会产生一系列负面反应,最终造成铁损增加,生产成本增加;提出了降低铁损的措施.

Abstract:It is analyzed the reason for the iron loss, higher than that in normal slag, in slag of smelting with vanadium - titanium bearing iron ore in 2 500 m3 blast furnace. Along with the content of TiO2 in slag rising, blast furnace slag getting thick, the permeability of charge column getting worse, a series of negative effect would be brought about, and at last the iron loss gets increased, cost increased. Some measures proposed out.
