含硼钢板边部裂纹研究

摘    要:研究了SS400含硼热轧板“线状”缺陷微观形貌、内部组成等,分析了裂纹的形成机理,提出了预防措施.借助SEM对“线状”裂纹缺陷横截面的形貌、组织、成分等检测,进行高温热力学测试,认为缺陷为连铸坯上的角横裂纹在轧制过程中形成的折皱.据此分析生产过程,通过调整SS400含硼钢的成分体系,控制氮含量,减少了AlN、BN的析出,采用合理的二次冷却制度等措施,可有效地避免角横裂纹的产生.

RESEARCH ABOUT EDGE CRACK ON BORON-BEARING STEEL PLATE

Abstract:It is researched the micro morphology and inner composition of " line - like" defect on SS400 boron - bearing hot - rolling plate, analyzed the forming mechanism of the cracks, proposed preventing measures. Based on the test on morphology, structure and composition of " line - like" crack defect by means of SEM, and high - temperature thermodynamic measuring, it is considered that the defect is the pincher formed in rolling from the transverse corner crack on continuous casting billet. Based on that the production is analyzed, the composition system of SS400 boron - bearing steel adjusted, the content of nitrogen controlled, the precipitation of AIN, BN reduced, reasonable secondary cooling system adopted, then the defect can be avoided effectively.
