摘    要:介绍了GIS全封闭组合电器的特点,及其在承钢5个总降变电站中所有110 kV系统的应用情况.2014年3月23日一总降变电站发生一起SF6组合电器开关绝缘件击穿事故,造成全站失电、4万m3制氧系统停机、高炉限制富氧.从事故前一总降供电运行方式、事故经过及应急预案处理、控制措施等方面进行了分析,希望借这次GIS组合电器事故吸取经验教训,避免类似事故发生.

ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT FOR BREAKDOWN IN GIS COMBINATION ELECTRIC APPLIANCE

Abstract:It is introduced the characteristics of GIS combination electric appliance and its application in all 110 kV systems in 5 main transformer substations of Cheng Steel. On May 23, 2014 a dielectric breakdown occurred in SF6 combination switch of No. 1 main transformer substation and made loss of power in the whole station and 40 000 m^3 oxygen concentrating system stopped and oxygen feed for blast furnace is limited. It is analyzed the power supply operation way of No. 1 main transformer substation, accident procedure, the emergency plan and control measures to get experience and lessons to avoid the same thing happen again.
