多属性层次式公差表示模型的建立及形位公差推理方法研究

为了解决现有CAD软件无法对公差信息进行分析与推理的问题,提出一种多层次、多节点的面向公差表示的优化多属性有向图,通过多属性有向图建立层次式公差表示模型,实现了公差语义在计算机中的表达。随后根据公差理论的性质和规律,基于多色集合分两阶段对形状公差和位置公差进行推理,最后用实例对该理论模型进行了有效性验证。

Establishment of Multiple Attribute Hierarchical Tolerance Representation Model and Research on Form & Position Tolerance Reasoning Method

The modern CAD software has its bottleneck on tolerancing analysis and reasoning. In order to solve the problem mentioned above, a tolerance structure - oriented directed graph which is based on multilevel and has optimized multiattribute is presented, the expression of tolerance semantics in CAD software is achieved according to the build of the tolerance structure. Consequently, the form and position tolerance is reasoned according to tolerance theory and polychro- matie sets theory. The effectiveness of the theory is testified using the example.
