40Cr圆钢力学性能不合格原因分析

摘    要:为了找出40Cr圆钢力学性能不合格的具体原因,对试样进行了化学成分和金相组织分析,认为淬火过程中冷却速度太慢是导致40Cr圆钢力学性能不合格的主要因素.邯钢与三个单位对40Cr圆钢的调质热处理进行了实验室对比,分析了试验结果存在差异的原因.淬火油温控制在30~50℃,加强淬火油的流速循环和搅拌是保证40Cr圆钢力学性能合格的必要条件.

Abstract:It is analyzed the chemical composition and metallographic structure of sample, considered that too slow cooling in quenching process is the main reason for mechanical properties of 40Cr round steel being not qualified. The experimental contrast is conducted between Han Steel and other three units in quenching and tempering of 40Cr round steel, the reason is analyzed for the difference between the test results. The condi- tions to guarantee the mechanical properties of 40Cr round steel being qualified are: the quenching oil temper- ature controlled within 30 to 50 ℃, strengthening quenching oil circulation and stirring.
