37Mn5管坯的裂纹研究

摘    要:用金相检验、化学分析、SEM高倍检测等手段对37Mn5管坯的裂纹进行了系统的研究.结果表明:管坯裂纹在连铸坯上已经存在;管坯裂纹是夹杂物型裂纹;由于管坯存在硅、硫、锰等元素的聚集,钙和镁等元素形成的氧化质点,再加上晶粒不均匀的柱状晶区晶界结合力比较弱,易于连铸坯上微观裂纹的生成.基体中尺寸较大的硅酸盐和Al2O3的存在使得微观裂纹以及疏松在加工时难以焊合,从而形成宏观裂纹.

Abstract:The cracks on 37Mn5 tube blank are researched with means of metallographic examination, chemi- cal analysis and SEM microstructure detection and etc. It is showed from the result that the cracks already ex- ist in continuous casting billet and belong to inclusion type ; because of gathering of elements such as silicon, surphur, manganese and oxidized particles formed by calcium and magnesium, as well as the weak grain boundary bonding strength in columnar zone with inhomogenous grain, all of those is favor to the growth of micro cracks on continuous casting billet. Whereas the macro cracks are formed because of large - size sili- cate and Al2O3 in matrix, which makes it difficult to weld together the micro cracks and porosity in process.
