摘    要:强烈的电磁干扰是火炮火控系统产生失控的主要原因之一。形成电磁干扰的3个条件是:有强烈的干扰源;有敏感的接收单元;存在于扰源到敏感接收单元的耦合通道。解决方案是:在武器控制组合内部的总线加上拉电阻;更换性能兼容且抗干扰能力强的总线芯片;将武器控制组合的电源加装LC以净化电路;在控制组合和功放之间加装I/O口滤波板。经过试验验证,该方案极大地提高了火炮火控系统的可靠性,使系统安全性得到了充分的保证。

Abstract:Gun out-of-control of fire control system is caused mainly ence. Three conditions that form electromagnetic interference are. by strong electromagnetic first is strong interference interfersources;second is sensitive receive unit; third is coupling channel from interference sources to sensitive receive unit. Solution methods are. to add resistance in the bus of control group of weapon system; to change bus chip that its performance is compatible and has high anti-interference capability;to add LC in the power supply of control group to clean circuit; to add I/O interface filtering board between control group and power amplifier. These methods can improve reliability of gun fire control system considerably, and ensure safety of system sufficiently.
