生物质热压成型温度场数值模拟

摘    要:根据生物质热压成型的工作原理及加热方式,在合理假设的基础上建立了生物质热分析有限元模型。以木屑作为压缩成型的对象,借助大型有限元软件ANSYS对其温度场进行计算,得到了木屑内部温度场的分布情况。借助APDL语言对其计算过程进行参数化设计,分别计算了在两种不同情况下的温度场,并讨论了在不同温度场下木屑的变化。

Abstract:Acording to work principle and heating model of biomass thermal compression, finite model of biomass thermal analysis based on proper hypothesis was formulated. Distribution of temperature in the wood chips which were used in study was acquired by using ANSYS to compute temperature.Designed the computing procession with APDL language,the temperature fields of wood chips in two different situations were computed and changes of that in different temperature fields were stated.
