| 摘 要： | 燃料乙醇是一种富含氧 (氧质量含量 33%)、高辛烷值 (RON为 12 9)的汽油调合组分。在国外曾以汽油替代物、辛烷值改进剂和增加汽油氧含量三大作用添加到汽油中。国内刚刚提出乙醇汽油使用问题。使用乙醇汽油有很多优点 ,但也存在一些如亲水、油耗高、启动性能差、对橡胶部件溶涨、汽化性能差和经济性差等缺点 ,特别是用粮食生产燃料乙醇按汽油价出售存在经济性差问题。探讨了乙醇汽油补贴的方案 ,仅供有关部门在制定乙醇汽油补贴政策时参考。

| Abstract: | Fuel ethanol is an oxygenated gasoline blending component with oxygen content 33% and RON 129. It has been used as an alternative of gasoline,improvers for octane number and oxygen content in gasoline.However it has disadvantages such as hydrophiling,high oil consumption,poor startability,rubber parts swelling and poor gasification and low economic characteristics.Especially fuel ethanol from grain needs a price subsidy.Subsidy options for ethanol gasoline have been discussed for the reference of government authorities. |
