由薄壁类零件直接制造模具的自动编程的研究

摘    要:以电话筒下盖型腔为例,从分析薄壁类塑料零件的特点出发,运用MasterCAM自动编程软件探索与研究了如何由零件直接制造出模具的自动编程方法与技巧。这样既节省了设计模具的时间,同时又保证了模具的加工精度,为同类型模具的设计与制造探索出了一种简捷实用的方法,也为其它类型模具的设计与制造提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the feature of the thin-wall plastics parts,this paper is to apply MasterCAM auto-programming software to explore and study the auto-programming techniques and methods of directly-manufacturing mold from parts. By this way, it saves the time of designing and ensures the machining accuracy; also it provides a simple practical method of the designing and manufacturing of the same kind and gives a helpful reference to others.
