| 摘 要： | 介绍了台湾塑胶工业股份有限公司(简称台塑公司)高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂的生产装置、工艺技术、生产能力、树脂牌号和新产品开发,并简要介绍了台塑公司HDPE装置的发展策略。通过扩能改造,台塑公司位于高雄的第一套及云林的第二套HDPE装置合计总生产能力已达530 kt/a;2004年台塑公司高密度聚乙烯商品牌号台塑烯产品涵盖薄膜级、中空吹制级、挤出级和注塑级树脂4类,并且产品具有单峰、双峰甚至宽峰相对分子质量分布的特性。

| Abstract: | Developments of high density polyethylene(HDPE)plants,manufacturing technology,capacity,resin grades and new products in Formosa Plastics Corporation were introduced.Development strategy of HDPE plants in Formosa Plastics Corporation was also presented in brief.Total production capacity of PE1 plant located in Kaohsiung and PE2 plant located in Yunlin reached 530kt/a currently by means of continual technical revamping.In 2004 HDPE products consisted of Taisox blown film,blow moulding,extrusion and injectiongrade resins having characteristic of unimodal,bimodal and even broader relative molecular mass distribution. |
