58g/L双氟·唑嘧胺悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘    要:采用Novapack C18(150×3.9mm,4μm)色谱柱,以乙腈+水+冰乙酸(体积比50:50:0.5)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长260nm,在同一色谱条件下同时测定58g/L双氟.唑嘧胺悬浮剂中的双氟磺草胺和唑嘧磺草胺。双氟磺草胺变异系数为0.40%,平均回收率为99.7%。唑嘧磺草胺变异系数为0.38%,平均回收率为99.4%。

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of florasulam and flumetsulam in florasulam + flumetsulam 58 g/L SC was investigated. The column was a Novapack C18 (150 cm × 3.9 mm, 4um), and the mobile phase was acetonitrile + water + glacial acetic acid (50 : 50 : 0.5, by vol), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. The coefficient of variation for florasulam and flumetsulam were 0.40% and 0.38%, the average recovery for florasulam and flumetsulam were 99.7% and 99.4%, respectively.
