混凝沉淀—A/O工艺处理造纸废水

摘    要:采用混凝沉淀-A/O工艺处理造纸废水,平均COD去除率为93.4%,平均SS去除率为96.9%,出水各项指标达到了<造纸工业水污染物排放标准>(GB 3544-2001)和<浙江省造纸工业(废纸类)水污染物排放标准>(浙DHJB 1-2001)第二时间段标准.运行结果表明,该工艺切实可行,具有耐冲击负荷、污泥沉降性能好、易操作等优点.将剩余污泥回流到混凝反应池,可降低投药量,节省运行费用,减轻二次污染.

Abstract:By using the coagulation sedimentation-A/O process for treatment of papermaking wastewater,the average removal rates of COD and SS are 93.4% and 96.9% respectively,and the effluent quality meets the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Paper Industry(GB 3544-2001) and the 2nd time period demand of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Paper Industry(Waste Paper) in Zhejiang Province(Zhe DHJB 1-2001).The results show that the process is feasible and has advantages of strong resistance to shock loa...
