| Abstract: | The hydrogen peroxide-propylene oxide （ HPPO ） process was one of the most rapidly developing method in the PO clean production processes. It had the advanages such as friendly environment and lower costs of process and equipment. The high effective HPPO integrated process which developed by Italy Enichem Corp. was introduced in detail. The integrated process included two procedures：the direct synthesis of H2O2 in the presence of supported bimetallic catalyst and the epoxidation between propylene and H2O2 in methanol solvent in the presence of TS-1 catalyst. The imtegrated process could be operated with continuous mode under industrial scale and maintained higher yield and selectivity of PO during longer time. |
