摘    要:建立了气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)检测间苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEIP)中微量杂质的方法,DEIP样品经减压蒸馏分离,用GC/MS对其中的微量杂质进行分析,结合生产工艺、谱库检索和人工解谱,鉴定出11种主要杂质,用面积归一法确定了11种杂质的含量,该方法的建立对生产及工艺优化有较好的指导作用。

Abstract:The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)detection method of trace impurities in diethyl phthalate(DEIP)was established.The DEIP was separated by vacuum distillation and the trace impurities were analyzed with GC/MS.The 11 kinds of main impurities were identified with production technology,spectrum database and artificial retrieval.The 11 kinds of main impurities contents were given using area normalization method.The method was benefited to production and process optimization.
