辐射状分支水平井非射孔完井方式下的产能研

摘    要:针对分支水平井常用的完井方法,运用等值渗流阻力的原理并结合分支水平井在地层中的势分布,将分支水平井在理想井生产时产生的压降与实际非射孔完井方式下的附加压力损失结合在一起,推导出辐射状分支水平井在不同非射孔完井方式下的产能公式。结合现场实例,将各种非射孔完井方式下的产能与理想井产能进行比较,验证了数学模型的正确性,并指出在设计分支井钻井完井时,应当结合实际情况考虑地层损害和完井方式对产能的影响。

Abstract:According to the completion usually used in multi lateral horizontal wells, this paper derives the productivity formula of radial multi lateral horizontal wells under different non perforation completions through equivalent filtration resistance theory and potential distribution of multi lateral horizontal wells in the formation and integrated application of differential pressure of multi lateral horizontal wells under ideal production and actual additional pressure loss under different non perforation completions. Combined with the actual example in the field and compared productivities by different non perforation completions with that of ideal wells, this paper also verifies how exact the numerical model is and points out that engineers should take into consideration the influence of formation damage and completion on the actual productivity under different conditions when starting theiy design works on multi lateral horizontal wells.
