露天矿半连续运煤系统及其在我国应用前景

摘    要:半连续工艺已成为露天矿剥采工艺的一个重要技术发展方向。本文着重探讨深露天矿半连续运煤系统.涉及所采用的运煤工艺与设备,运煤开拓坑道的布置,以及破碎机站形式等因素。实例研究证明,在深露天矿中采用半连续运输工艺取代单一卡车(或铁道)运输可获得显著经济效益;半连续运煤系统的选择与矿床赋存条件及露天矿全局性的技术决策有密切关系,应因地制宜做出抉择。

Abstract:The cyclic-flow technology has became an important technological developing direction in open-pit stripping and mining. This paper emphatically discusses the cyclic-flow coal transport system fordeep open-pit including the coal transport technology and equipment, layout of conveyor tunnels, typesof crushers and so on. The result of case research shows that using the cyclic-flow technology to re-place the single truck (or railway) transport could achive obvious economic benefit; the choice of thecyclic-flow technology is closely concernes in ore-deposit conditions and open-pit overall technical deci-sion; the choice depends on the practical conditions
