| 摘 要： | 研究了无机水性防火涂料制备的相关工艺。对pH值、分散速度、分散时间等影响涂料稳定性因素进行了较为详细的研究，得出了最佳实验工艺参数：即pH值在8．0～9．5之间；色浆部分分散速度：2000。2500r／min；分散时间：30～40min。同时，本研究还得出色漆部分的工艺参数：共混分散速度：500～700r／min；共混分散时间：80min左右。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly studies the preparation process of inorganic fireproof paint. Though experiments on affecting factors on stability of the inorganic paint, such as pH value, dispersing speed and dispersing time, etc. , the optimum technical parameters are obtained pH value 8 - 9. 5, dispersing speed for colorant 2 000 -2 500 r/min;dispersing time 30 -40 min, and the parameters for paint, dispersing speed 500 r/min and dispersing time 80 min. |
