层绕机排线及恒张力控制的设计

摘    要:采用变频器驱动排线电机,实现层绕机的电控排线,既可满足不同线径的层绕要求,也可克服机械排线方式对收卷宽度的局限。层绕机的变频调速恒张力控制实现了层卷张力的稳定控制,为高速层绕创造基本条件。

Abstract:Using transducer to drive wire arranging motor to realize electric control wire arranging of layer winder can satisfy the layer winding needs of different wire diameter,and can also overcome the localization of machine wire arranging mode on the width of coil.The constant tension control of frequency conversion timing of layer winder can realize the stable control of layer coiling tension,which establishes a fundamental condition for high speed layer winding.
