摘    要:介绍高强度轮胎钢帘线的特点及发展状况,详细分析铅浴淬火工艺对高碳钢及合金钢的影响,并对珠光体钢丝的拉拔机制进行探讨,指出珠光体的片层间距和位错与加工硬化密切相关,应变时效能改变钢丝的力学性能。为提高钢丝的强度,应开发高碳Cr合金或B合金线材。

Abstract:To introduce the characteristic and development situation of high strength steel cord for tyres. The effects of patenting process on high carbon steel and alloy steel are analyzed in detail. The drawing mechanism of pearlite steel wire is inquired. It is pointed out that the slice distance of pearlite and dislocation are relative to working hardening, strain ageing can alter the mechanical property. In order to heighten the strength of steel wire, should develop high carbon Cr alloy wire rod or B alloy wire rod.
