线材除锈机的结构设计

摘    要:简述机械除锈原理在线材表面处理中的应用,说明机械除锈的主要方式包括弯曲、拉伸和扭转,给出除锈辊直径的设计公式和除锈时线材延伸率计算公式,对比说明各种形式除锈机的优缺点,并介绍4面5辊除锈机在线材表面预处理线中的应用。

Abstract:To describe application of mechanical descaling principle to the surface treatment of wire rod briefly. It is illuminated that main way of mechanical descaling are bend, tension and torsion. Design formula of diameter of descaling rollers and calculation formula of elongation rate when descaling is given out. Advantages and disadvantages of descaling machines are pointed out by comparing. The applications of descaling machine with four planes and five rollers to pretreatment line of wire rod are introduced.
