| 摘 要： | 指出使用酸雾抑制剂和酸雾吸收塔存在的问题,研制的抑制酸雾水帘装置能解决酸雾外溢问题。给出MUM型抑制酸雾水帘装置的工艺结构和使用方法,并介绍其特点。该装置使用结果显示:减少酸雾外溢每月节约盐酸10 t,并且提高酸洗质量和改善工作环境。

| Abstract: | The problems existing in using acid fog inhibitor and acid fog absorbing tower are pointed out. Developing a kind of water curtain apparatus to inhibit acid fog can settle the problem of acid fog outflowing. The process structure and use method of MUM water curtain apparatus for inhibiting acid fog are given out, and its characteristic is introduced. The use result of the apparatus shows that decreasing acid fog outflow can save hydrochloric acid 10 tons per month, and improve pickling quality and work environment. |
