| 摘 要： | 通过对拉拔过程中发生脆断的82B线材的金相组织、化学成分、断口形貌、夹杂物形貌、表面质量及拉拔工艺的分析和研究,指出82B线材在拉拔过程中产生断裂的原因,并提出选择合适的拉拔速度、正确调整轧机状态、采用时效处理、加大斯太尔摩线的冷却速度等改进措施,可提高产品质量。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing and studying microstructure, chemical composition, fracture appearance, inclusion appearmace, surface quality and drawing process of 82B wire rod of brittle fracture during drawing, breaking causes are pointed. Improving measures are put forward such as choosing right drawing speed, adjusting exactly condition of rolling mill, adopting aging treatment, increasing cooling speed of stelmor line in order that products quality can be improved. |
